Cultivar Guest Lodge is a guest house a few kilometers outside of Stellenbosch, perfectly located in the middle of the Western Cape winelands. While staying with us, you can enjoy our endless garden with two pools. Sit and relax after a busy day or a delicious wine tasting or meal. 

Many of our individual rooms have a private patio where you can enjoy a sundowner or a wonderful red or white wine while listening to a slight whistle of the warm wind. Take advantage of the wonderful South African weather and spend outside time in the garden, at the pool or on our inviting top-roof balcony without having to leave the property.

Stellenbosch is a Mekka for food and wine lovers as much as it is a place where outdoor activities and recreation are never coming short. 

With roughly 150 wineries in the Western Cape Winelands, the region is South Africa´s biggest wine producer and its wine is well-known worldwide, competing with high-class wines from Europe, Australia and Argentina and many more.

Really one is spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing which winery to visit. At Cultivar, we are more than happy to recommend the right ones for you, depending on what you are looking for: red, wine, rosé... if you want to have lunch oder a cheese platter - we know where to go! 

But also sport enthusiasts will get everything but bored in Stellenbosch. Jump on one of our modern mountain bikes, go for a run or hike in the Simonsberg, the Hottentots Holland Mountains or a great 10 km run in the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve.
